RATES
Initial Deposit of $250 is required. Deposit will be refunded when the building has been cleaned and returned to its pre-event condition
Rental for Firefighter Hall- $1,250 (Does not include deposit)
A fee of $80 cash is also charged for IAFF staff to be on the premises during your event. This fee is for the first four hours. After four hours, IAFF staff will be paid at a rate of $20 per hour cash.
*******IAFF Staff must be present from opening of the building to the closing of the building. They are to be paid CASH at the conclusion of the event*******
RULES
-There is a cancellation fee of $100 if less than 30 days notice is given.
-Maximum Capacity of 300 people in the hall.
-Birdseed, rice, or similiar objects spilled in the building will incur an additional $50.00 cleaning fee
-No foil confetti on premise
-No smoking is allowed in the building
-The IAFF reserves the right to require police presence
-IAFF Local 122 members may receive a discount upon verification of membership.
Member discount is limited to wedding receptions, birthdays, family reunions, and similar events for the member and immediate family only.
